All electrical work is carried out by competent persons to the relevant UK standards and Building Regulations in force at the time. Where certification (such as an EICR or installation certificate) applies, we will provide it on completion and payment.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the works in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
